Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Egypt to open gates shown on our destinations map. Locked cities are coming soon — when a gate opens, that city becomes available for boarding at checkout.
Delivery timing
Most flights land at your door within about 48 hours of boarding. Exact timing depends on your city, the desserts on your route, and kitchen capacity. You’ll receive tracking updates once your box leaves the kitchen.
Packaging & freshness
Every order ships in insulated, sustainable packaging designed to protect delicate pastries in transit. Keep desserts chilled or follow any storage notes included with your boarding pass and box.
Tracking your flight
After your order is confirmed, we’ll share status updates by email or phone. If tracking stalls or your address needs a correction, contact us right away at hello@gate24desserts.com with your order details.
Delays & delivery issues
If a box arrives damaged, incomplete, or later than expected, message us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll review the case quickly and help with a replacement or credit when appropriate.
Gifts & special addresses
You can send Gate 24 as a gift by entering the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. Please ensure someone can receive the box — fresh desserts travel best when they aren’t left waiting.
