A pharmacist who loves making people happy.
It started with curiosity. As a pharmacist, I have always loved putting things together, trying new combinations, and watching something unexpected come to life. More than anything, I love making others happy — that quiet moment when a smile appears and the world feels a little lighter. That instinct is the heart of Gate 24.

The idea
Europe taught us that dessert can be a passport.
While living in Germany and traveling across Europe, the most wonderful discovery was not a landmark — it was tasting new desserts that somehow carried a country with them. Each bite felt like knowing a place more deeply. When I returned home to Egypt, I wanted everyone to share that experience: to travel, to taste, and to feel without needing a boarding pass.
