Agreement
By using gate24desserts.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Orders & pricing
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the desserts and delivery shown at checkout. Prices, availability, and delivery windows may change. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, delivery limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will notify you if that happens.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment partners. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Charges appear under Gate 24 or our processor’s descriptor.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are approximate. Risk of loss passes when the box is delivered to the address you provide. You are responsible for entering a complete, accurate address and for receiving fresh products promptly.
Allergens & freshness
Our desserts may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy. Always review allergen details on each dessert page. Gate 24 is not responsible for allergic reactions when information was disclosed and you chose to proceed.
Changes & cancellations
Because we pack quickly, changes or cancellations may only be possible before kitchen preparation begins. Contact us immediately with your order details. Once a flight has left the kitchen, refunds are handled case by case for quality or delivery issues.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use Gate 24 for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gate 24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
